Pick-up can be arranged from your home, hotel, workplace, a train station or another agreed address in Lille and the surrounding area.
You are driven directly to the terminal for your flight, without changing transport. The departure time is arranged according to your flight and the estimated journey time.
For your return journey, provide your flight number when booking. Sébastien tracks the actual arrival time of your flight and adjusts his departure accordingly.
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, send him a message to arrange your meeting at the short-stay pick-up/drop-off area (dépose-minute). You are then driven directly to Lille or the agreed address.
A flight delay does not result in extra charges.

From Lille-Europe, the TGV is generally faster for reaching CDG directly. A private transfer may be more convenient when leaving from your home or workplace, travelling with several people or bags, or when train times do not suit your flight. The journey is door-to-door. On board, you can work, make calls or join a video meeting, depending on the connection available; the train also allows you to work while travelling.
